Dr.Moldovan, was very easy to talk to and explained clearly and professionally about the condition that i was presenting with and her recommendations for treatment. She answered all my questions and left me in no doubt that i was receiving good care from her. I will in future appointments ask that I see her for my ongoing care.

Dr Maldova is a breath of fresh air for the surgery at Bells lane. I had lost all faith in the surgery and the doctors I had previously seen as it was a different doctor each time and they were locums that were never at the surgery for a period of time. There was no stability for patients and I felt that I was not listened to and every time I had to repeat myself to the new doctor. Then I met Dr Maldova, what a Great doctor. She listened, she is approachable and overall she acted on my problems and in the 1 month that I have seen her a few Itimes she has done More for me in that short time that the doctors have done in the rest of 2019! She has made follow up phone calls and for me that meant so much. I am really impressed with Dr Maldova and it would be great for the surgery if she is remains there. I am reassured that there is a doctor at the surgery that I can trust that will act in my best interest and she provides such a high level of service. Dr Maldova is a real credit to Bells lane surgery and they should do everything they can to keep her. I wish all doctors were like her. I can only thank her so much for what she has done for me. She has made a real impression on me, she is fantastic. The level of service she provides is above and beyond. I can only sing her praises.

rather than just continue to provide drugs she really was very informative about how to manage with my illness and also for the first time in 10 years explained how taking the drugs in the right way actually makes a difference for which I never knew or had been told before and then provided me with a website to review what she had suggested too. Seems to really understand, care and is very knowledgable
